Paul Sarradet is a real-estate agent in Toronto specializing in high-end luxury homes. He needed a website with a look and feel that was worthy of the level of luxury homes he was selling. In addition, the site needed to be able to pull property listings dynamically from MLS; a feature that is rare among real estate websites, and that offers a point of difference for Mr. Sarradet’s business.

Features

The site integrates with the Toronto Real Estate Board MLS via a custom-developed application. New listings are pulled from TREB each day. Property images are downloaded separately from an FTP feed and relinked to each property entry in our CMS system.
